Most Au Pairs will have childcare experience
Both Au Pairs and Demi pairs will have a genuine interest in children
All Au Pairs and Demi Pairs will complete Genki Families Training
Full Background Checks – Visa check – ID check  – Medical Insurance verification – Character reference check – Work Experience reference check (where possible) *please note it is typical for Japanese people to not have work references
Working with Children Checks and Police Checks can be organised by the family with the assistance of Genki Families
